My Approach
We are a small Carson City floral & photography family business. In 2025 Rebels Way Flower Bar was created. Little different, non traditional and funky fun. My name is Colleen, I’ve been a first responder for 20 years but have had a creative streak and a passion for floral art, photography, painting, sketching and creative wildness. Collaboration, creativity and charity work drive everything I do. In 2022 we had the last of five kiddos in our family, the only girl, 4 older boys and now the challenge began and her name is Rebel. My process is simple, thoughtful, and designed with your vision in mind. We believe each project can be created with purpose and really deliver what your vision has in mind. We are a small business so you receive our undivided attention! We love working with other small businesses here in the Carson Valley to create never been seen before projects and collaborations. Colleen
Creative
Scorpio-Focused, and creative all about building strong relationships. I’ve always been an artist at heart sketching Disney VHS covers at a young age, painting and photography in High School and college. My Mom always wanted me to go to art school, I just dabbled because my mission was to help people as a first responder. I still love an adrenaline rush but after 20 years in that career it’s time for me to spend more time creating beautiful floral designs. My Mom passed after many years fighting breast cancer. I wanted to do her floral arrangements and let her know I’ve been listening all these years. I’ve found therapy in florals and I’m attempting to give back that part of me to first responder funerals, families of kiddos who leave this world too soon, Veterans and the local breast cancer community with Pinoccios Moms on the Run. I believe charity work is part of life, flowers and capturing moments through photography are my contribution. -

With a vision for building a small business and teaching strong work ethic we involve our boys and they earn a wage while learning to process flowers, clean up and assist mom with installs on site. They’re good kids and hard workers.

Heavy Lifter
Wonderful husband. Heavy lifter. Deliver of beautiful flowers and supporter of my dreams.
Nick knows flowers. He shows up with flowers—sometimes bold, sometimes simple—always created with care. He carries heavy boxes, reaches high things and the weight of worries so I don't have to. When my dream needs a voice, he’s the loudest cheerleader. When I doubt, he reminds me why I started.
More than just the best Dad & Husband He believes in Rebels Way and in me: suggesting new ideas, my second opinion and takes the camera to frame up beautiful moments when Im off playing with flowers.
Strong enough to lift what needs lifting, gentle enough to hold what needs holding. Partner, teammate, and unwavering supporter—my anchor on the journey and constant motivator to keep “doing my thing”. That’s Big Nick part time photographer part time doer of everything else!

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Our customer service manager ensures every interaction is a positive one. Meet Rebel, the littlest of our crew, sassy, stubborn and driven. She keeps her four older brothers busy and she also loves flowers and pretty things.
